Maternal depression and anxiety are real, and with help you'll feel better!

Services offered during COVID-19

What strange days we are in!  During the pandemic, I am able to provide teletherapy via Zoom and Google Duo.  If you need to talk through your challenges, we can work together virtually until we are able to meet in person.  We all need support and connection, and I'm here to help in any way that I am able.

Being a New Mom can be Difficult!

Sometimes those first few weeks or months can be difficult when you are a new mom.  Postpartum depression and anxiety can make it even harder.  New parents need a safe space to come talk about those hard times so that they can begin to feel better and start to enjoy parenting.  This is where I can help!

About Me

I earned my masters degree in professional counseling from Texas Wesleyan University in Ft. Worth.  I am also a survivor of postpartum depression and anxiety.   I earned my certification in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMAD) through Postpartum Support International (PSI), and  I also sit on the board for the PSI Texas chapter.  I can be seen doing speaking engagements around town, educating on PMADs and raising awareness on the importance of maternal mental heath

.

I am married to my husband David, and we have a sassy daughter, Olivia.  We are also proud parents of a sweet kitty, Calypso.
